We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely, within Australia and the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is a delay or stock issue, we’ll contact you promptly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free standard shipping within Australia. There is no standard delivery charge for Australian orders.
Estimated Australian standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates; regional and remote destinations, courier delays and peak periods may take longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery status online.
Shipping Carriers
For Australian deliveries, we primarily use Australia Post and selected courier partners to ensure reliable delivery to your location.
United States delivery
US customers can order through this website. The US market currently shows Standard shipping at US$8.00, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. The available shipping option and final charge are shown at checkout for your address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shelf Trolley Bag is also available on Amazon US. Amazon purchases use the shipping options and delivery dates shown on Amazon for your address.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us, we can resend it — additional shipping charges may apply.
