1. Get ready for your shop
Bag, frame and wheels are included. Before first use, follow the instructions supplied with your trolley and check that the bag, frame and wheels are secure. Start with an empty bag so you can choose the layout that suits your groceries.
2. Pack heavier items below
Put items such as bottles, milk and tins in the lower area. Keep containers upright and spread the weight evenly. Avoid forcing bulky items into the bag or filling it beyond a load you can comfortably handle.
3. Keep delicate items on the shelf
Use the upper area for lighter groceries such as bread, biscuits and soft produce. The shelf separates them from heavier items below, helping reduce the pressure that can squash a loaf or bruise fruit.
Keep the combined weight on the shelf at or below 5 kg. If you are unsure, weigh those items before packing. Leave enough room to close the zipped top without pressing down on delicate groceries.
4. Fold the shelf down for larger items
Need one larger space? Remove items from the shelf before folding it down, as shown in the demonstration. Use this layout when an item needs more height, then return to separate packing areas for your next shop.
5. Unpack and store
Empty the bag after your trip, check for spills and allow the interior to dry before storage. The trolley folds flat for compact storage; follow the supplied instructions for folding the frame.
